Being a Christian is not always easy, but it’s worth it!
Have you ever considered the cost of discipleship? We live in a culture of people who lack commitment. The root of the problem is self- centeredness. Jesus addresses this issue of commitment in Luke 14. Jesus has never sugar coated what it would cost to be one of his disciples.
It is worth being a Christian as we read in Job 33:4 it says, “The Spirit of God has made me, the breath of the Almighty gives me life.” What an amazing feeling that being a Christian we have life after death.
It’s worth being a Christian because You have peace and joy that nobody can take away from you.
It is worth being a Christian because Jesus will always be that true Friend that will never turn his back on you!
It’s worth being a Christian because Your life will become grounded in something that gives you stability.
It’s worth being a Christian because You will have meaningful relationships with God and with other Christians that you will find comfort and strength.
Its worth being a Christian because there will be a time in your life that you have a desperate need that only God can give an answer to your request. There is such a sweetness when God answers our prayers on His time.
It’s worth being a Christian because All Your sins are instantly forgiven but your part of becoming a Christian is that you must confess your sins to Jesus and ask for forgiveness.
It is worth being a Christian because after this world comes to an end, We will reign with Jesus for all eternity. The end of your earthly life will become a gateway into the glory that God was preparing for you all along.
